He also has a dozen National Championships medals. Ric's wife, Steph helps with the smooth, efficient running of the business. Also from a rowing background, she was a finalist at Henley Women's Regatta in the late 90's. Ric & Steph are ably supported at busy times by various casual staff and drivers.
